RLK Engineering recently attended the 93rd Texas Municiapl League (TML) Annual Conference in
Austin, Texas, October 25-27, 2006. The theme of this year’s conference was
“Cities, Citizens: Partners For The Greater Good” and the four day conference provided an
opportunity for municipal officials to attend workshops addressing current municipal issues
as well as visit the many exhibitors present. Over 4,000 municipal officials, spouses, and
exhibitors attended the conference this year. The RLK Delegation provided a strong presence
with one of the larger exhibit booths for a local engineering firm.
As a member of the Texas Municipal League, and a regular conference exhibiter, RLK
Engineering realizes the utmost importance of establishing and bolstering productive working
relationships with the leaders of Texas’ municipalities. The TML Annual Conference provides
the unique opportunity to both reinforce our existing client contacts as well as succeed in
creating new contacts throughout the state of Texas. Overall, the conference provided wonderful
networking opportunities as well as informative development sessions, and the RLK team is looking
forward to an even more successful conference next year.
