RLK Engineering personnel are experienced in working closely with governmental agencies
throughout the entire project process. This experience includes preparing cost estimates,
coordinating utility relocations, preparing right-of-way documents, engineering
design, attending public meetings, preparing bid and contract documents, and construction
administration. RLK understands that each project is unique and will never use a
“cookie cutter” approach to complete a project.

completed several street improvement projects within the North Texas area and are
familiar with specifications and requirements necessary to provide a successful
