Project Description: |

Rehabilitation project in an older residential section of McKinney involving the replacement of over 2000 linear feet of 8” and 12” Sanitary Sewer Mains, 850 linear feet of 8” and 950 linear feet of 12” Water Mains, and 675 linear feet of storm sewer ranging from 18” RCP to 10’x4’ RCB. Paving improvements included widening the existing road section to current design standards, while preserving existing trees and providing for ADA sidewalk improvements, all within a limited right-of-way. The project required careful planning and design in order to maintain services while constructing new utilities within limited right-of-way. |
