Project Description: |
|
The Tom Bean Water System improvements project consists of a new Woodbine Water Supply Well, a 200,000 gallon elevated tank, a 125,000 gallon ground storage tank, a pumping station, and 4,200 linear feet of 6” water transmission pipeline. This project is being funded by a grant/loan from the USDA Rural Development Services, and is currently under design. The project required a hydraulic analysis of the City’s entire water system to determine water tank elevation, pumping capacity, and controls to operate with the City’s existing tanks and wells. |
