Project Description: |

Rehabilitation project in an older residential section of McKinney involving the replacement of over 5,500 linear feet of 8” Sanitary Sewer Mains, 6,900 linear feet of 8” and 12” Water Mains, and 5,000 linear feet of storm sewer ranging from 21” RCP to 8’x5’ RCB. Paving improvements included widening the existing road section to current design standards. The project required careful planning and design in order to maintain services while constructing new utilities within limited right-of-way. |
