Project Description: |

Rehabilitation project in an older residential section of McKinney involving the replacement of over 1250 linear feet of 8” Sanitary Sewer Mains, 800 linear feet of 8” Water Mains, and 2,000 linear feet of storm sewer ranging from 21” RCP to 48” RCP. Paving improvements included replacing the existing asphalt road section to current design standards. Project was placed on a fast-track in order to improve traffic conditions around McKinney ISD Stadium and Faubion Middle School prior to the Fall 2006 semester. Legal descriptions, exhibits, and maps were also provided for right-of-way and easement acquisition. |
